StudioDNA Dancers close the 2004-05 year series for the
Washington National Opera at the
Brazilian Embassy's After Gala Event, the Opera Ball.
Missy
and John arrived at the Brazilian Embassy on
June 10th, 2005 to meet up with fellow dancers: Don & Dee, Don & Vera, and the
Whites, to dance the night away! We are welcomed by the smiling staff and
impressed by the great lengths made within to create a " Brazilian jungle
environment." Complete with humidity and oppressive heat from the DC area,
we proceeded to the dance floor and entertained the Gala attendees to the music
of Origem, a Brazilian Band. The colors, food, desserts, and fun was
absolutely intoxicating. This was a magical evening for all of us.
We are so thankful to be asked to entertain at these events and wish to extend
our gratitude to Don Walker for including StudioDNA in this and other events!
