Capital Dancesport Championships August 24th & 25th 2006

     Missy, Sue, and John went to Alexandria, VA's Hilton Mark Hotel to dance our pants off at John DePalma & Marianne's competition.   It is so well put together and organized, this being John's 6th year in attendance.  John's first 2 years were with Deborah.  We always have such a grand time there!  We worked hard, danced hard, and slept....well, we were too jacked up to sleep well.  Thanks to all our friends, family, and fellow dancers that send us well wishes as we journey onwards and upwards to higher more challenging levels of dance!  It isn't easy, but we push ourselves to constantly make new goals so that our dancing can be fresh, current, and something of which we are quite proud! Cogito Ergo Salto...I think therefore I dance!

                4th Place: Silver 1 Mambo

                4th Place: Championship American Smooth: Waltz, Tango, & Foxtrot

                5th Place: Open Scholarship American Rhythm: Cha Cha, Swing, Rumba, Bolero, & Mambo
