SPRING Showcase & Dance Party: May 19th, 2007

Spring is such a wonderful time of the year and our Dance Show reflected all the happiness and joy of the season! Thank you so very much to all of our 53 friends, family, dancers, and well wishers that came to watch us dance and support our show. We began the evening with a Rumba class and then the energy kept building from there! A special thank you goes out to Marie & Sonja for being our Emcees and DJs during the show. Thank you as well to David who video tapes all the performances.

Sonja started off the evening with a gorgeous effortless looking Andy Williams Waltz, "May Each Day". Karl & Missy entertained us with a "Heard it Through the Grapevine" Hustle. Dian tip-toed and twirled a Foxtrot to "the Theme from the Pink Panther". Michelle kicked it up a notch to an energizing Swing performance to "Candyman". Elaine's Cha Cha Cha to "El Diablo Anda Suelto" was HOT HOT HOT! Nancy amazed the crowd with her Samba "Happy" that left everyone WAY more than happy. Marie performed a hot Rumba to "Sway" and she might well be the next NEW Pussy Cat Doll! Missy's dance to "Mambo Italiano" was sexy & sophisticated.

FYI: This was Nancy's 1st time performing a Show. She has done competitions before, but never a show...way to go Nancy. Sonja was recovering from bronchitis and pneumonia and got herself together to dance for us. Thank you Sonja! This is Marie's 1st dance after the birth of her little girl Amandine.
